ALLERGIKA® Basic Cream Available at pharmacies only. Composition: 1 g cream contains: Active pharmaceutical substance: White vaseline 150 mg, soft paraffin 60 mg, cetyl stearyl alcohol 72 mg, cetomacrogol 1000 22.5 mg, monosodium phosphate 2H2O 3 mg, phosphoric acid 85% 0.02 mg, chlorocresol 1 mg, purified water 691, 48 mg. Therapeutic indications: As interval therapy for skin diseases such as dermatitis that are treated with corticoid ointments or creams. For treating acute skin conditions with exudation. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to chlorocresol or any of the other substances. Do not use on mucus membranes or near the eyes. Interactions: When ALLERGIKA® Basic Cream is applied in the genital or anal region, the excipients white vaseline and soft paraffin can have an effect on the tensile strength of latex-based condoms, resulting in a negative impact on their safety. Adverse effects: In very rare cases, adverse effects may occur such as burning when applied to the skin. Chlorocresol can induce allergic reactions. Last updated: September 2015
